Not updated the blog thingy for ages now - think the only arty stuff I've been doing lately's the painting of Emily's dolls bed!
New stuff:
The idea for this chap's been kicking around since Uni & basically stemmed from a reoccurring nightmare I used to get of some kind of thing scuttering around under the barriers/ tech pits at either side of the lecture theatre.....
Next chap's just a portrait. Thought I'd try a quick (20 min) sculpt - without ref material.
Anatomy's still a bit rough but am quite pleased with the characterisation. Need to refine and add a lot of detail still.
Finally,
Clearing the loft the other day, I came across a maquette I made when I was about 17. Anatomy's awful (what anatomy?!) but again - quite like the concept. Might revamp this one with a 2008 makeover.
